Change Can Be Good

There are times that change is uncomfortable and hard, maybe even hurtful. I've even heard the comment, "I just wish things would stay the way they are." Do you struggle with change?
At times I've felt myself resistant to change.

I'm not THAT old, but I've lived long enough to know that the only thing I can count on for sure in life is...CHANGE! But, I've also learned that without change there is no new life...without change there is no growth...without change there is never improvement...without change there are no new mornings or new sunsets...without change there is no hope...

...without change there is no SPRING! I love change!
Love, Rachel

Major change day at our house today! Typically I enjoy change... but it can be oh-so-nerve-wracking...

Pray for me this afternoon!

Hi Rachel,
What a nice post. Funny, but I woke up energized this morning and I am so with you on this one. Yes, usually I do not like change, but for some reason this morning - I am up for it!
Happy day!

I agree, change is difficult, Many times we don't like the outcome, then, many times it is wonderful. Whatever kind of change it is we can always grow. Beautiful changes in your silver.

I always look at change like it's God's wake up call. We may not like it at first, but HE does have a plan.

I am one of those who is afraid of change. But I have found that when it is necessary and terrifying, if I lean on Jesus and put my faith in Him, all will be well. He will bring me through it, sometimes with a blindfold on, but he will bring me through. He always has and He always will. :-)

I'm so dense I didn't even realize what you were doing in those pictures until I read someone's comment after submitting my comment! LOL! Now, there's a beautiful change, indeed!

Hi Rachel,
I'm afraid I am one of those people that loves change, good or bad, sometimes I even crave it, it has always amazed me how I have managed to live in the one house for the last 14 years and can't imagine moving in the next 14, because I know that deep down there is a gypsy hidding inside of me just waiting for the next adventure. Love what you did with the silverware.
Cheers Linda

I used to just hate "change" but I find as I get older I am embracing the opportunities that change does bring. Wonderful post sweet Rachel! Happy Spring!
