Boy OH Boy, I Wanna Be Healthy

The long narrow picture in the collection above says, "Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much". In this process we call life, it always amazes me to see people who go around laughing at everything. Makes me wonder, do they automatically see everything as funny and humorous or do they have to work at seeing the humor? I have no problem seeing funny and humorous situations, however today, I will laugh about them.

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Proverbs 17:22 (NIV) ...uugh, I need 'dem bones, NOT dry bones!

P.S. If you see me bent over slapping my knee with my hand, my mouth wide open, tears running down my cheeks, just give me a minute. I'm laughing.

What a challenge. . . to laugh at the things that we see that are funny! How important!

I firmly rely on this scripture!! I have the same sign hanging in my kitchen! I truly believe that laughter was what got me through some trying times in my life and kept me sane through it all.

Thanks for the "baby love". She is truly a beautiful angel!!

Hugs,
Hope

I THINK IT IS GOOD FOR US TO LAUGH AT OURSELVES, FOR THE STUPID OR SILLY STUFF WE DO. KEITH

Dear Rachel,
I will work at laughing more. The hardest I ever laughed was when I help drive, when Debbie and her family were moving to Washington State. We were leaving Idaho into Eastern Washington. I was expecting the big trees to continue on and we would soon be seeing big apple trees loaded with juicy apples. The signs along the highways said "Keep Washington Green" Debbie and I looked at each other and burst out laughing so hard we could hardly get our breath and had tears running down our face. That part of Washington is very dry and had nothing growing except sage brush. There was no green anywhere. To this day when I think of it, I have a good laugh.
Have a good night. Love you, Donnie
