To Cheer You On Monday Morning!! ;)

We were driving on the interstate when my husband laughed and said, "Where's your camera when you need it!" "Oh, it's right here in my purse! I have it right here, I do!" I said, breathlessly scrambling for it in the floor by my feet.
"Did you get it?"
"Yes, I did!"
I couldn't wait to show you this amazing photo. I have no idea how all of these pieces were staying on this little trailer. But I suppose he was headed to the local recycle center to sell it since it all appeared to be metal.

I hope this brought you an early Monday morning chuckle. It certainly brought one to us!
Love, Rachel

Metal can make you a few dollars, I guess. Some metal was sold from the property where the new church is going to be built and a nice little check was put into the building fund.

Come join us tonight for Curtis' early birthday meal. We're having a traditional Mexican meal. Curtis & Jennifer came up for a few days. Scott and Helen are coming too.

How funny.

I wouldn't want to be around that for very long. I would be scared something would fly off and hit me.

That's so funny! I'm just glad none of it flew off and hit you guys! I am sure that he is taking it to the scrap yard for $$$. My son and his friends have been doing that lately. Their first load they got $500.00!

Rachel, I cannot believe all that stuff stayed on that trailer. What a funny picture.

Also, your story about the locust/cicada was so cute and interesting. I'm amazed the little creature was able to hand on.

Have a pleasant evening. Kathi

Me n my bestest junk'n stuff finding friend have been known to holler at trucks and trailers that look like they are or "should" be going to the landfill. "Where you ya'll going with that stuff? Can I have that dresser or bed?" Once we followed a truck to the dump and I drug home a couple of old old screen doors and one solid door with a broken out window pane. My heart aches when I think of all the "neat stuff" that ends up in the dump so I try not to think about it. Workin a the dump would be a neat job to have...well maybe some days it would be.
Any who I could talk all day but thought I'd pop in for a looksee....
