"No, what?"
"I just LOOOVVVE cloud watching."
"Oh really, what's cloud watching?"
" Uh, you know. It's when you lay a blanket on the grass in the back yard. Then you lay down on it and look up at the clouds and say what they look like."
"Oh, this is fun isn't it? I really like that big green fluffy one!"
Giggling. "Momma, that's a tree."
"You're right. It is a tree."

"This one sorta looks like a big chocolate chip cookie!"
We are savoring the sights, sounds and sensations of summer. What are you enjoying about these beautiful days?

How much fun to see the world through the eyes of children! It's easy to forget to look at the simple things! Sometimes we need children to remind us.
Thanks for sharing! Have a wonderful day!

We, too, are savoring the waning days of summer. Headed out camping this weekend. We'll have to try cloud-watching one day... looks like today might be a good day for it.
Mmm is that Mexican casserole? Our family would love it just for that wonderful cheese layer :-) I think the clouds are a little too low today or at least something is making it feel humid!!! The girls are enjoying being together today.
Hi Rachel :)
I've enjoyed catching up with you. Great stories about the cotton candy sign and the picture of your house :)
I loved cloud watching with you today ;)

That casserole looks so good! I imagine it to be mac and cheese and my mouth is watering as I type...lol I like cloud watching as well. Those little moments in life are truly wonderful.
What fun! I remember doing that as a teen when I was laying out in the sun.
