I'm Hopeful!

After a whole lot of this frosty and cold,
signs of Spring are beginning to emerge. Even Ivory our son's ferret has begun to lie on top of her blanket instead of burrowed beneath it!
And these beautiful jewels are sure to spring to life soon. I took this picture last year, but my rhubarb has begun to unfurl one crisp green leaf above the soil and the bleeding hearts have sent a few sturdy stalks of plant life above ground. The tulips have courageously grown dark green blades and I'm sure I will see little tulip blooms soon!
So I'm hopeful! I just love love love Spring. Winter will be over soon, and I want to finish those unfinished projects and get outside.
Spring cleaning to commence soon!
Well as soon as I can get warm enough to "unburrow" (yes spell check I will call "unburrow" a word) and lie on top of my blankets instead of burrowed beneath them!
Just kidding!
What projects do you have planned for this Spring?
Have a fun day y'all!

Love, Rachel

Love your pictures! I am anxious for spring as well. I just love to sit outside on the front porch and read. I'm also anxious to get back up to our place in Michigan as well. Have a great day!

Rachel, Spring and summer were here, Tuesday the temp was 86 and then the rain we have prayed for came and down to the 30's at night and 40's during the day. We are not complaining....desperately needed rain.
Love the old house and the picture of the ferret. Spring is not far behind.
Have faith.
