Have you ever thought about
how inconvenient life would be without stairs?
No way to go up or come down without jumping, climbing a ladder or simply doing without! What would life be without stairs?

As crazy as it may sound, I'm thankful for stairs, yes...just plain ole' stairs. And in life...well...just one step at a time, will get me from point A to point B. I know that's not a hugely philosophical thought, just a reminder to myself for today, to be thankful for the step I'm on!
Have a wonderful Wednesday, ya'll!

I think it is a deep thought anyway. ;-) How you've been? I haven't been much around blogs lately; been busy.
I am hoping to make some more time for it in the future.
Good thought!
Have a wonderful day!
Love, Esther
Wonderful reminder, this one step, this one moment is all we are promised. I want to make this one the very best it can be.
Love you, Donnie
Yours are gorgeous! I have to admit though...when I am carrying the 30 lbs of cat litter up 2 flightst from the garage...I long for a single story!

Very well thought out statement...yes, one step at a time. I do love your steps tho!!! Beautiful!

Hi Rachel..I feel like it has been forever since I commented here.
I LOVE all the mirrors on your wall!
I too have stairs but they have carpet...I love the wood.
Hope all is well:)
Rachel; I do agree with the one step at a time each day. But I really don't care for steps, only because I can't walk up steps very well, but I do love yours.
Hugs;

Very nice steps. I do love the old steps in my house. I have not thought of being thankful for them except for how old and well used they look. It would be hard to get upstairs without them though. :)
I love the old chest of drawers you rescued. Very pretty!
I'm glad to have come across your blog.

HI RACHEL,VERY NICE THOUGHT ABOUT BEING THANKFUL. I WOULD NOT HAVE THOUGHT OF STEPS. BUT YOU DID. I AM NOT SUPRISED. KEITH
I agree with this, Rachel. It was a quick reminder to me to take things one step at a time. I tend to get caught up in wondering about the end result and fail to enjoy the steps it takes to get there. Thanks for the reminder, Adrienne.
