The days are flying past. Sometimes it feels like a dizzying blur. Even the kiddos are talking about how fast this year has gone! School will be finished in a few days and then we'll have the lovely days of summer break. I hope we'll be able to make it special here at "A Romantic Porch".
If we had the ability to push a pause button on all of this, would we really want to?
I hope you have some dizzy fun things planned!
Love, Rachel

Life does go by SO very fast! I am trying to learn to reach out and grab those special "everyday" moments. I am sure that summer at The Romantic Porch will be special if YOU have anything to do with it! :)XXOO
Wow...yes...I had to smile at your graphics! Summer will be here shortly and in California we have not really even had a winter. At my age the quickly passing time is frightening...oh dear! :) Tick tock..tick tock..

Hi
yes the year has been in a fast forward mode with no thoughts of slowing down any time soon.
I do think you'll find a secret
pause for summer button to fill each day with many special moments .
Blessings to you .

... and Christmas is just around the corner. Sorry, I just had to say that. Chuckle! TTFN ~ Marydon
Dear NazGal,
My little 6 year old Kylah (granddaughter) finishes up kindergarten on Friday. I feel like she just started. But then...I feel like her daddy just started and that was 20 years ago now....
Too fast...time is a wastin'...
Enjoy your summer!

Rachel,
I am so very dizzy like you. I would not hit pause for anything, just enjoy things as they come!

Yes, life is a blur. I am so hoping for the slow summers of my youth. What happened to those?
I hope you have a fun, fun week!
Love, Esther
I am getting dizzy just looking at that blurry photo, LOL!
Life does speed up as we get on in life, doesn't it! It seem that a month was an eternity as a child and now they whiz by in seconds it seems!
Hi Rachel I know just how you feel.
Fun photo for a fun post

Yes...fast. Summers are precious times! And really to live in this peaceful country wit all our prosperity--even now-- we are fortunate and blessed.
This year is just dashing by. On the one hand one must 'carpe diem'; on the other, one must stand still and create some spaces around events so that it is not just a mad rush. I find I really need time to be alone, to reflect and just to do things slowly. what do you think?
