This "hand towel" is actually a cotton window valance with vintage lace. I love how it looks hanging here. I thought you might like to see it too.
I'm enjoying my bleeding heart blooms so much. That comes as a real surprise to you, doesn't it!? I know they will soon fade away for the year, but I saw tiny buds on the irises and my heart did a happy dance!
Have a wonderful day.
Love, Rachel

Good morning Rachel ~ I love your pictures...the towel is just gorgeous and looks perfect there! I love bleeding hearts also, but I just can't seem to grow anything!
Thanks for sharing!

The valance looks beautiful! I do love your use of whites...so peaceful and serene :-)
I don't think we can grow bleeding heart here for some reason. Maybe the climate. I like your towel. Very elegant.

Love your beautiful pictures... the towel looks just lovely! :) Hope that you are having a great day!
Morning Rachel, I would never have thought of of using a valance ,but it looks grand and I love lace and bleeding hearts is one of Roy's favorites.
Oh, Rachel I love your blog. Our little bathrooms have so much in common! I have the same crystal votive holder in mine, and have a white antique linen hand towel hanging by my pedestal sink too. Finally, my bathroom has white tile on the bottom half of the wall, where yours has wainscotting. The plan is to post pictures of the bathroom on Monday, as I am in the middle of painting it this weekend. Stop by and have a look on Monday you like!
