A Cold and Snowy Day!

The weather outside is frightful.
It is 12 degrees and frosty and cold with snow.

When it snows, she (a wife of noble character) has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet.

Old Testament Proverb chapter 31 verse 21 NIV

I hope your day is warm and cozy and restful.
Love, Rachel

P.S. Don't forget to join the contest mentioned in the previous posting...photos are coming in!

  1. You are becoming my Sunday AM ritual before heading out to church. What woman doesn't love Proverbs? One of my favorites, for sure. Sally

  3. Hi Rachel,
You have the prettiest blog! Funny you mention snow! We are having the biggest snowflakes just fluttering down right now. I haven't seen flakes this big in years. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that I have passed an award on to you. Have a nice day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi

  5. So pretty! Looks warm and cozy, but sounds cold outside!

I'm going to try to send you some photos of our "porch" (courtyard) beside our front door. Here in FL everything is still green, and flowers blooming!

  6. Burr. Snow sounds lovely, but I'm in the Northwest and seldom see snow. If we are lucky, we might have 1/2" sometime in winter. This year it has been warmer, so who knows, you might get it all.
I love your glass ornaments. Great idea!

Thank you so much for taking time to leave a comment. It is sorta like a sweet visit on the porch. In this busy world with so many places to go and things to do, I value the time you spend here with me.
