Isn't This Hilarious?
I'm completely cracking myself up. We LOVE clocks. I'll show you a few that we have. While working in the office earlier today, I checked the time, on the computer, of course. Isn't that where you check your time too? Or I use my cell phone when I'm not at the computer.
Just look at these clocks.
Not a single one of them...
...is set to the correct time! (OOPS! there's no clock in this picture. Sorry!) When I realized the clocks all were all incorrect, I thought, "hhmmm...gotta get batteries". But, then maybe they are more interesting all set differently!
Cute post Rachel. I can relate. The big clock in our bedroom stopped last week, and I still look up and think it's 10:40 already - hasn't sunk in yet! I like your idea it's much more interesting that way. Life should be enjoyed, not spent watching a clock for the hurry, hurry effect - for the beauty, yes! Happy day sweetie, honey, xoxo~Tracie
It might be interesting to set them all correctly and wind them up, then see how long it takes for them to become un-synchronized and/or wound down. If you could stand that much tick-tocking going on at once, that is!
I love all of them! They look so good in your house! You have them displayed so great. That big one is so cool, I often stop and lust after big clocks, but have no wall to place one on! Someday...perhaps if we find our new dream home we are looking for it will have a wall big enough for one of those clocks!!!
Thank you so much for taking time to leave a comment. It is sorta like a sweet visit on the porch. In this busy world with so many places to go and things to do, I value the time you spend here with me.
Too funny!
ReplyDeleteI love how you decorated with them! The maps on the wall are a nice touch!
That is funny.
ReplyDeleteI notice my tick tock clock gets slower sometimes and can't keep up with the digital clocks. I love to hear my tick tock clock.

I love it! We have regular clocks every where too and I always look at the digital stove! Too funny!

I LOVE YOUR PICTURES. I ALSO LIKE CLOCKES AND WATCHES. NOTICE THE CLOCKS AND WATCHES THAT ARE NOT RUNNING SHOW CORRECT TIME TWICE A DAY. KEITH
ReplyDeleteDaddy's beautiful "Coffee Time" piece fits right in.
ReplyDeleteI love vintage Baby Ben clocks and have five on a little shelf in my bedroom, and nope...not a single one is set to the same time!
ReplyDeleteLOL, I'm so glad I'm not alone! What a pretty blog you've created. I'll be back!

Do you still have the round clock table? I love the green walls in the office. Very soothing!
ReplyDeleteYes, we do still have the round clock table. It isn't showing the correct time either!
ReplyDeleteSo much fun! We love clocks, too! Hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!
